Chris Sclafani
Cheif Executive Officer, CityMD
Chris Sclafani is CEO of CityMD, a leading urgent care in NY and NJ. Prior, he was President of CityMD, Summit Health, Starling Physicians. Chris has spent nearly his entire career in healthcare. He spent more than 20 years at CareMount Medical Group (now part of Optum) in executive positions including Chief Operating Officer (COO). He helped CareMount navigate their acquisition by and integration into Optum. He’s also highly regarded in the industry, serving as a board member of the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) for nine years including as Chair in 2019. Recently, Chris was President & COO of Veritas Veterinary Partners for two years
Navienne Dunkley
Chief Operating Officer, CityMD
Navienne Dunkley is the Chief Operating Officer of CityMD. She has been with the organization for more than nine years in leadership and operational positions. Prior to CityMD, Navienne held operational positions at Health Plus Management and Lonza.
Dr. Dmitry Voflson
Chief Medical Officer, CityMD
Dr. Dmitry Volfson is Chief Medical Officer of CityMD. A board-certified physician in emergency medicine, Dr. Volfson completed his residency program in Emergency Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He served as chief resident in his final year. After his residency, Dr. Volfson worked as an emergency medicine attending physician at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport CT and at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York. As assistant residency program director, he also taught residents. Dr. Volfson received his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at the Honors College of College of Staten Island. He received his degree of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
