		On-site services – From pre-employment testing to annual wellness exams and sick visits, CityMD and Summit Health make it easy to stay healthy by hosting clinics right at the office.

		Local urgent care partnerships – Partner with your local CityMD urgent care to offer convenient access to high-quality care and help support employee’s health and wellness needs.

		Specialty care – Summit Health has 340 locations across NY and NJ with specialists in 80+ areas of medicine including primary care, cardiology and orthopedics. State-of-the-art imaging, laboratory and ambulatory surgery services are also available.

		Connected care – Our dedicated Aftercare team seamlessly coordinates referrals for patients who need follow-up care at Summit Health.

		Virtual care (telemedicine) – With the Summit + CityMD app, employees can connect with a doctor 24/7 from anywhere. You can also schedule follow-up appointments with Summit Health physicians on the app.
