We offer several convenient bill-pay options for our patients. Simply schedule a secure payment using our online bill payment system or send a check to the payment address on your statement. Please see this page for an update on billing related to COVID-19 related visits from March 2020-November 2022.
The Public Health Emergency for COVID-19 ends on May 11, 2023. As of May 12, 2023, any cost sharing applied by your insurance company for your copay or deductible will be your responsibility. To get your specific copay information, we’ll first need to see your insurance card and verify your insurance carrier. We recommend that you call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask about coverage and copayment fees for urgent care visits.

Yes. If you have a photo ID and your Member ID number (you can get it from your insurance provider), you can still be seen at CityMD. After your visit, you can give us a copy of your insurance card.

Yes. We accept both cash and major credit cards for payment.
